Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date your package is delivered to initiate a return.
Eligibility Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused, unwashed, and in the same condition you received them.
- In their original packaging with all tags and labels still attached.
- Free from signs of wear, stains, odors, or damage not related to a manufacturing issue.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria. If a returned item is found to be ineligible, we will contact you and may send it back at your expense.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items are final sale and cannot be returned. This will always be clearly noted on the product page before you purchase. If you’re unsure, just ask us before ordering.
How to Return
- Contact our customer service team at info@jjjiillsale.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return.
- We’ll email you a prepaid return shipping label—no cost to you.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging, attach the label, and drop it off at the designated carrier location.
Return Shipping & Restocking Fee
Return shipping is completely free for all eligible returns within the United States. We do not charge any restocking or handling fees—ever.
Refund Processing
Once your return reaches our warehouse, please allow 1–2 business days for us to inspect the item and approve the refund. After approval, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 7–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account. You’ll receive an email confirmation as soon as the refund has been processed on our end.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or color, the fastest way is to place a new order for the item you want and initiate a return for the original purchase. This ensures your replacement ships out right away without waiting for the return to be processed first.
