1. Is Jjjiillsale the same as J.Jill?
No, not at all. Jjjiillsale is a completely independent brand. We’re not connected to J.Jill or any other retailer, and we have our own distinct style, team, and vision. We simply share a love for comfortable, feminine clothing.

2. How can I check the status of my order?
Log into your account on our site to view your order history and tracking information. You’ll also get an email with tracking details as soon as your package ships. If you checked out as a guest, just send us an email with your order number and we’ll pull it up for you.

3. I need to change or cancel my order. What should I do?
Please reach out to info@jjjiillsale.com as soon as possible. We process orders quickly (usually within 24 hours), so we can’t guarantee changes once an order is placed, but we’ll do our best to help.

4. Do you offer sizes not listed on the site?
Our size range is shown on each product page. If you don’t see your size, it’s temporarily out of stock. We restock popular styles regularly—signing up for our newsletter is the best way to get updates.

5. My package says delivered but I don’t see it. What now?
First, check around your property and with neighbors—sometimes carriers leave packages in unexpected spots. If it’s still missing after 24 hours, contact us. We’ll open a case with the carrier on your behalf and work toward a resolution, whether that’s a replacement or a refund.

6. How do I use a promo code?
Enter your code in the “Discount Code” field at checkout and click “Apply.” Only one code can be used per order unless stated otherwise. If you run into any trouble, let us know before you complete your purchase.
